  • Abstract

A mass spectrometry-based proteomics platform which coupled high resolving nano-scaled liquid chromatography with ultra-high mass resolution and accuracy hybrid linear ion trap/Fourier transformed mass spectrometer LTQFT to study post-translational modifications of proteins will be addressed.
