<p>新頁面: 高雄醫學大學e快報 第156期　 分享園地【人物側寫】 == '''535003的感動～楊幸美組員榮退有感''' == 圖書...</p> <p><b>新頁面</b></p><div>高雄醫學大學e快報<br /> 第156期　<br /> 分享園地【人物側寫】<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> == '''535003的感動～楊幸美組員榮退有感''' ==<br /> <br /> 圖書館 陳冠年館長<br /> <br /> <br /> 高醫是一個重視傳統的大家庭，「535003」的員工職號代表一個令人肅然起敬的意義。<br /> <br /> 今天，7月30日，是圖書館楊姊（楊幸美)在高醫上班的最後一天。只見她還是一如往常，8點之前就到校。整齊的儀容、親切的微笑，楊姊已經就定位，迎接一個新的工作天。始終很難想像一位在我呱呱落地前就已經踏進高醫服務的大姊，在面對即將離別的時刻（尤其高醫對她而言，可謂一生的職業），心境竟然如此平衡，甚至一派輕鬆。<br /> <br /> 楊姊在高醫近半世紀的歲月裡，絕大部份時間任職於圖書館，協助歷任館長，促成今日茁壯。曾經聽她提到附設醫院圖書室是由她參與創立，而在學校圖書館，一待就是30多個年頭。當年，在謝獻臣院長鞭策之下，校方極力灌注專業期刊館藏，高達一千餘種國外刊物，楊姊和夥伴們戰戰兢兢，以人工方式接洽、訂購、建檔和整理，幾乎參與每個環節，務使教師同仁們的研究資源不中斷，這就是真正的圖書館館員！<br /> <br /> 不僅如此，後續的讀者服務和館際合作業務，令許多前輩們津津樂道。掌聲的背後，較不為人知的是，楊姊遠赴台北自費進修圖書館專業課程，並積極參加研討會和研習班，結識同道，累積經驗，奠定圖書館早期建設和日後發展的基礎。<br /> <br /> 過去8年來，我經常借重楊姊與外單位聯繫，楊姊總是歡喜答應，使命必達，敬業態度足為楷模。在辦公室裡，楊姊的誠懇和熱情一直是大家煩悶時的安慰，散發宛如自家長輩的溫暖。<br /> <br /> 在校園裡不時耳聞老員工遭冷落和鄙視的同時，楊姊展現不卑不亢的風範和忠於高醫的精神，尤其難能可貴的是她「活到老學到老」和「作一天和尚撞一天鐘」的自信，積極參與各項學習活動，吸取各種知識。從這個事實的角度觀察，許多後生晚輩，自恃專業和學歷，卻安於現狀，疏於上進，楊姊就更加令人想念。天下沒有不散的筵席，願楊姊在接下來的年歲裡，「凡事興盛，身體健壯，正如你的靈魂興盛一樣。」（引自聖經）<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> [[enews156]]<br /> <br /> [[Category:分享園地]]<br /> <br /> [[Category:一位值得學習的人物]]</div>
