2030雙語國家的打造加速高等教育雙語化發展，鑒於本校為醫學專業大學，在推動雙語化學習過程中，不僅須堅持辦學品質、穩固學生國考證照通過率、堅守學術價值的使命，更必須面對全校師生對全英語教學的接受度。<br/><br />
然而，面對全球化及國際化浪潮，國際化人才的培育已刻不容緩，因此，本校結合「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」的推行，逐步強化各學院全英語教學支持系統，並於110學年度設置任務導向專責推動單位「雙語教學推動資源中心」，以醫學院為標竿學院，建構雙語學習體制相關政策，透過「全英語課程盤點及規劃」、「師資培育及支持系統建構」、「學生自主學習制定」、「課程品質控管機制優化」及「EMI問卷施測」等策略推展，強化教師EMI教學能量，並厚植學生英語能力。<br/><br />
本校醫學院於110學年度起榮獲「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學院第一期補助，以「凝聚師生共識、強化教師EMI教學力、提升學生英語能力」為執行計畫之重點目標，遵守教育部「學生有選擇、教師有支持、學校有準備」之執行原則，112學年度更獲「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學院第二期補助，學院依循過去院校推行架構，積極調整第二期EMI計畫重點，著重在「EAP/ESP課程強化」、「學生英語能力及EMI參與度提升」、「深化教師EMI教學增能」、「EMI課程優化」以及「校際合作的深化」，藉由過去兩年執行本計畫所奠定的基礎及量能，以穩健永續的方式推行第二階段EMI計畫，持續深化教師增能、重點科系學生英語能力提升、英語橋接課程規劃以及現有EMI課程優化等區塊，以賡續提升本校師生國際競爭力！<br/><br />
112學年度除醫學院榮獲「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學院第二期補助外，口腔醫學院於校級專責單位支援下，榮獲「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學院補助，以「優化EMI教學能力」、「培育優質之國際醫療人才，提供學生學習支持」、「資源共享與進行校際合作」、「確保EMI優質地實踐」為主要目標，透過雙語人才培育作為口腔醫學院培育具「宏觀視野」國際觀之口腔醫學專業人才的助力，並朝「醫療無國界」的世界村邁進。<br/><br />
另，藥學院於112學年度亦獲得教育部「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學院補助，將推動「優化教師EMI教學能力，落實EMI教與學之友善環境」、「培育優質且具國際移動力之實務專業及研發人才，導入國際優質線上EMI課程」、「建置EMI授課及線上課程之輔導與支援平台」、「資源共享與進行校際合作」、「確保EMI課程及學習環境的優化」等策略，並將EMI教學相關開發與執行模式納入研究議題，以作為EMI持續推動與發展之利基。<br/><br />
近3年，本校於EMI制度建構、支持系統發展及教與學的成果檢核等方面已有多項新興作為與突破，期藉由行政與教學單位首長的全面參與，打造具有國際競爭力的雙語學習環境，強化醫藥衛生鏈結，培育具全球移動力與國際競爭力之醫事專業人才。<br />
